THE BETTER TO SEE YOU

MR. BOB is off to the hospital this morning to have cataract surgery. It's the second time, so he knows pretty well what to expect, if he can remember what happened 5 years ago when he had the first eye fixed. The doctor said that the incision will be half the size that they used back then and when you stop to think that time was (in our lifetime) that patients were kept in bed and sandbagged to keep them from moving after such surgery, the miracle of modern medicine is astounding.

We'll be back by lunchtime, I suspect.

Dawn is breaking and we must be on our way.........more later.
