PARASOLS

I'M WONDERING........Did parasols come into frequent use on our streets about the same time that the Asian population swelled? It's such a good idea and a far cry from the days that we did everything possible to darken our skin.

If and when I ever decide to walk anywhere, I'm going to use a parasol.
