Remember Roger? The friend who was in the hospital for over 80 days? The one who we celebrated Thanksgiving with in the hospital cafeteria? He returned home last Tuesday. We were surprised to get a call yesterday letting us know that he was ready to resume our 8:30 Sunday breakfast date together. This picture was taken over a year ago, but it's taken in front of the restaurant we frequent.
We're about to leave to meet him and his wife, Diane. It's celebrating a miracle, is the way I look at it.
